The Magical Illuminated Trail tickets are non-refundable.

However, in the event that we need to cancel any date of The Magical Illuminated Trail due to adverse weather conditions, we will offer a transfer of your ticket to a different date of your choice.

 

Tickets are final and non-transferrable. (Applies to both change of Ticket Holder Names & change of Event Dates).

In the event of extremely bad or inclement weather on any of the nights, such that the organisers will deem it extremely undesirable or un-safe, we will post notices on our social media as well as send an e-mail to ticket holder for that particular evening.

In this case, Ticket holders will have their tickets automatically updated so that they can be used on any remaining show days and at any time slot.

Date change requests will be entertained at our sole discretion and may incur an additional cost of up to 10% of the original order value.

To avoid disappointment please book your tickets in advance – popular dates sell out fast. Unless the tickets for the particular day are sold out. Tickets can be bought on the day at the venue for an extra charge per ticket IF they haven’t already sold out.

  • Infant (0-2):        FREE (but still require an Infant ticket)
  • Child (3-13):       €8.50  +Booking Fee
  • Adult (14-59):   €15.00  +Booking Fee
  • Senior (60+):      €12.00  +Booking Fee   (your “Kartanzjan” may be requested at the door)
  • Photo Opportunity (5″ x 7″ Photo) :      €6.70  +Booking Fee
  • If available, tickets may be purchased at the door at an additional charge.

Upon completing your ticket purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your ticket(s) will be sent to you via e-mail to the e-mail address used to complete your purchase.

If you have not received your tickets – please check your junk mail. You can use our contact us page if you cannot find your tickets, please make sure to include as much information as possible, such as the Order Number, Name & Email Address used to book the tickets.

If you have questions in relation to purchasing tickets or need support after you have purchased tickets, for example, changing the time/date of your tickets, refunds, lost tickets etc, please contact our dedicated customer service team who will be able to assist you. Please, only send one email as multiple emails will delay our response time.

Any change request needs to be sent 48hrs in advance.

Should he event not be Sold Out online, tickets may be purchased at the Venue’s Box Office at an additional charge.

The Venue Box Office is only open during the event opening hours.

Given the event is all outdoors, we recommend you dress appropriately. We always recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes with good grip as well as a suitable jacket, and bringing along an umbrella just in case it rains a little bit.

Yes, the Venue is wheelchair accessible.

Kindly note that the narrowest passage is 3ft / 90cm wide).

Yes, this is a Pet-Friendly event.

All well behaved dogs are welcome on a non-retractable short leash at all times.

  • You will be expected to Clean-Up after your pet, having therefore the proper tools and bags to do so.
  • Dogs must be current on LDHPPI vaccination 
  • We reserve the right to ask you to leave the venue should your pet be aggressive, obviously ill, or cause a nuisance to other guests.
  • Pet owners assume full responsibility for their pets. Event organisers, cannot be held liable for any incidents or injury. By entering the venue, attendees accept full responsibility for any risks to themselves and their pets.

On average, the trail will take around one hour to complete. The length of your visit will depend on your walking pace and whether or not you stop for some photo opportunities or browse at some of the stalls on-site, including food & drinks

 The walking route is approximately 1km long and there are some gentle hills, thereby  this time period may be shorter or longer.

  • Gates Open: 17:00
  • Last Entry: 21:00
  • Lights Off: 22:30
  • This is a NON-SMOKING Event. No Smoking is allowed in any part of the Venue.
  • “Child Ticket” and “Infant Ticket” holders must always be accompanied by an Adult of Legal Age (18+), who will be deemed responsible for guests in his/her care.
  • Guests are required to only walk along the designated footpaths during the whole course of the Trail.
